Expanded Product Selection for Fall 2011
Our CORBIN guitar line growing to meet your requests. For 2011 we have improved the sound and playability of our guitars. Our CG99 and CVG Series are some of the industries best values.
We have expanded our CVG92 Series to include a new Trans red finish, Sunburst, Black and natural finishes and new CVG92CET with EQ and Digital on board tuner.
CVG93 Dreadnought cutaways now come in natural and sunburst finishes.
CVG36 has been upgraded with great sound and action and is available in colors including, sunburst, natural, pink, blue burst and trans red. We also continued with our CVG34 (34") acoustic for the serious younger student.
Upgraded Bass guitars- now feature a more vintage finish and feel to our necks. Also expanded colors available.
EGLP1 Series now includes a new Flame top ( wood- not photo) in trans red.
Our new "T" Series comes with a set neck and chambered F hole, as well as traditional bolt on T models in new colors including Sunburst, Cream and Sea Foam Green.

New Products Arriving
We are very excited about the fall goods arriving. We just received multiple containers of our bags, cases, stands, and straps. We wish to thank all of you for your input and much of that input is reflected in these new arrivals. Many of our items have been upgraded with new colors and features. Our packaging has been greatly improved from our individual cartons, to our master cartons. Model numbers are clearly marked and the boxes are suitable for stacking and display- although most are not color display boxes. We have added new guitar stand models, new keyboard stand models and packaging, new Foam (FC) case models, mic stands and much much more.
Nashville Show Review
NAMM Summer 2011 is not in the history books. We would like to thank all that attended and visited our booth.
In general I support the summer show. It is unfortunate that it appears to grow smaller year by year, but somehow there is always positive activity that takes place. We look forward to seeing everyone next year. Thanks for your support.

Dateline May 2011: MDRG China factory review:
MDRG will be visiting China the later part of May. We have multiple containers in production as well as several OEM and Private Label projects that are
ramped up for 3rd and 4th quarter 2011 delivery and this will allow us the opportunity to check on production and review the new models and variations
we have added for fall of 2011. Stop back later for pictures and a review of the trip.

We are very excited to announce we are adding over 20 new products and product variations to our product mix. We have been listening to your
input and requests. New colors, new options and new and improved packaging will be hitting our shelves starting late June, 2011- just in time for the fall
season.
Dateline February 2011: News from Shanghai Music Fair
China is a country in motion. Blink and things change and the pace is faster and faster. Labor and demographic changes are seen everywhere in China.
The show, based on the current economy, was well attended. Many of the same faces and many new ones as well. This
trip included visiting several new factories that have recently joined the Mingde family. These operations are more northern
based operations and will be used for large production runs as these units have the ability to do large volumes of product.
Chinese New Year was only a short time away and many factories were already in clean up mode- preparing for the
holiday so we were not able to see them running at capacity but we were still able to see the machinery and work areas
and also to inspect some production that was in various stages of completion. All in all, a very informative trip.

Dateline August 5, 2010: Freight Costs Rise
Simple fact...importing and exporting freight costs are rising. Recent ocean freight rates have increased over 20% in the past 90 days. This is not a music industry issue. These recent rate changes will have an effect on any goods we export OR import. For multiple reasons, the steamship carriers have implemented new base prices as well as the seasonal "peak season" charges that hit this time of year. Our goal is to continue to consolidate our

Dateline August 4, 2010: Business Outlook
2010 is proving to be a challenge for many industries. The musical products industry is not immune to
the changes taking place in the world today. MDRG and Mingde Musik LTD. work together with our partner
factories and suppliers and our valued customers to improve efficiencies and to take advantage of opportunities
as they present themselves.
To date, 2010 has been a period of growth for both MDRG USA and Mingde Musik due to the efficiencies and
most important the trust we have built with our partner factories and our valued customers. 2010 will continue to
present challenges. We feel with the proper planning and having the goods people want and can afford will
help assure that we can meet the challenges ahead. Our goal is to meet that challenge.

MDRG USA and Mingde Musik LTD to unveil new Professional Solid Wood acoustic guitar line at Frankfurt Show.
Mingde Musik Ltd introduced at Frankfurt, their new professional grade all SOLID wood acoustic guitars for OEM and Private Label clients. This new product group uses all hand selected materials and are built using modern production methods.
DATELINE: MARCH 2009 Mingde Musik Expands China Operations
March 2009 saw the completion of an additional warehouse and showroom in Huyung China.
Located in the guitar factory district, the new offices and showroom will make it much simpler for our customers to review our products and visit many of the core factories with much less travel involved.
In addition, our quality control team will now be able to visit the factories on an almost daily basis to monitor use of raw materials, production scheduling and to perform quality control inspections.
DATELINE: SEPTEMBER 21,2007 NEW Dealer Advantage Program (DAP)
On October 1, 2007 MDRG to officially launch our new DEALER ADVANTAGE PROGRAM (DAP)
Starting in October of 2007 MDRG will begin utilizing our new "Dealers Advantage Program" to authorized dealers, distributors and resellers that have signed up for this exciting program. "DAP" will allow our customers to take advantage of special buys including factory specials, container pre-order specials, factory overstocks, buy outs and excuse production runs only available to "DAP" registered dealers. DATELINE: SEPTEMBER 1, 2007 MUSIC DEALERS RESOURCE GROUP HAS GROWN AGAIN
On September 1, 2007 Music Dealers Resource Group LLC relocated to a larger and more convenient warehouse location.
Located near Interstate 75 in Cincinnati Ohio, the new location is easy to find, convenient for truck and container movements and gives us the added space needed to continue to meet our inventory requirements to support our growing dealer base.
